Our mission

A disrupted path should not determine a woman's future.

Neni translates research on women's agency into practical pathways connecting education, skills, paid experience, and economic opportunity.

Our work

Learning should lead somewhere.

Neni connects relevant learning to opportunities women and girls can actually use: career exposure, trusted mentorship, paid experience, continued education, employment, entrepreneurship, and advancement.

Neni operates through locally grounded partnerships. Its structure travels across communities, while its delivery responds to local realities.

The challenge

The distance between potential and opportunity

A woman or girl may be ready to learn and work but still face a fragmented path: interrupted schooling, training disconnected from jobs, limited professional networks, unpaid caregiving, transportation or childcare barriers, and few entry points to employers.

Neni focuses on the pathway between education and income. We ask what must be connected, removed, or redesigned so that learning can become paid opportunity and sustainable progress.

Get involved

Build the pathway with us.

We welcome conversations with community organizations, educators, employers, workforce practitioners, safeguarding specialists, researchers, and funding partners interested in adapting the model to local needs.
